Warranty and Assistance

PIRIPACK uses high quality raw materials in the manufacture of its products, as well as our production processes give the products resistance and longevity above average.
However, all products are made by people, and therefore subject to failure. For these failures, we offer Warranty and Permanent Technical Assistance.

WARRANTY

PIRIPACK guarantees its products against defects in material and manufacturing. In case of defect, immediately return the product to us and we will repair or replace.
Attention: Any change to the product will result in loss of warranty.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or natural wear for example: fabric burnt by the sun and washing errors.
It is necessary to send the purchase invoice together with the product.

PERMANENT ASSISTANCE

In addition to the normal warranty period of 2 years PIRIPACK has a Permanent Assistance with the aim of prolonging their life. This extension has no extra costs for the client if the product has a manufacturing defect, except the cost for the shipping cost of sending the product to the factory and the cost of returning the product to the client.

Permanent Assistance is mainly used for problems with the seams, clasps, sliders, eyelets and buckles. It does not affect tears or damage on the inner fabrics, waterproofing losses, as well as any anomaly caused by misuse or natural usage of the product.

All cases for Warranty or Permanent Assistance will be analysed together with the client in order to find the best solution.
